Artist bio

Marc Aubele is an Irish musician and producer, known for his contributions to various musical projects. He has worked with Bell X1, playing keyboards and guitar for several world tours. Aubele is also a key member of the electro-pop duo P1G (Pig), blending electronic music with indie elements. Additionally, he is involved in the Art installation project Floating World, which focuses on atmospheric soundscapes and experimental compositions in interesting locations. He has also worked at the world famous Ruby Sessions for longer than he cares to remember..

On Tape..

Marc started working with Tape in the nineties. Starting out with boom boxes before moving to Portastudios, Reel to Reels and ending up on Otari 2″ machines, recording Artists such as U2, Dave Liebman, The Thrills and Ronnie Drew in Dublin’s famous sound studio “The Works”.  Marc now uses many Tapeloop techniques in his compositional works and live performances
